I tried to get a plan for my trip, but the destination I needed wasn’t even listed. Something feels off when a service like this is missing places people are actually traveling to. It ended up being useless for me, so I had to look elsewhere.

I barely had any signal during my trip, and it kept dropping throughout the day. It was really frustrating, especially because it felt like something that should’ve been preventable with better coverage in the area.

It did work in the end, but it took a little longer than I expected. I might be mixing up when I actually started using it versus when I noticed the results, but either way, there was definitely some waiting involved. Not a bad experience overall, just not instant

The tethering itself worked fine, no big drama there. I was able to get online and use my hotspot without much trouble. But getting a reply from support took way longer than I expected. Not saying there’s a secret department somewhere deciding who gets answered first... but it definitely had me wondering what was going on behind the curtain.

Yeah, the speed was really good, honestly. Everything moved along quickly, or at least it felt that way to me.

The internet worked well for me, so no real complaints there. But the calling and SMS options were limited, which made it a little hit or miss depending on what I needed. I ended up using WhatsApp most of the time. Overall, it’s okay service, just not exactly perfect.

I’m a little confused because it just wouldn’t install on my Samsung phone. I tried a couple times thinking maybe I missed something, but nope. Kind of frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

I’ve been trying to log into my account, but it keeps giving me trouble. Some days I can get in just fine, and other days it just won’t work at all. It’s frustrating, especially when I actually need to access something quickly.

I wouldn’t use it again.

I tried topping up twice, and both payments just sat there pending. My bank showed the charges going through, but the site kept telling me the payment had failed, so I ended up with no plan to use when I actually needed it.

Support did eventually reply, and to be fair, they weren’t rude or anything, but the response was slow and basically just told me to wait. That didn’t help much while I was traveling. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting their checkout again.

I wish I had looked around more before going with this. The app is just annoying to use. It feels clunky, and I kept getting lost trying to find basic stuff that should be easy. It also loads slowly for no obvious reason, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Some of the buttons aren’t very clear either, so I was second-guessing what to tap half the time. The actual service might be fine, but the app experience made me regret signing up.

I checked the refund policy before making my purchase, and overall it seemed fair. It’s not perfect, but it was clear enough and didn’t feel like they were trying to hide anything. The whole experience was smooth, so I’d give it 4 stars...

I used this when I needed to switch SIMs, and it made the whole process easy. I didn’t run into any real problems, which was a relief. Definitely something I’d use again the next time I need to change SIMs.
